I lead half of the user experience / service design, as well as all user experience research, efforts of the product design team at Epsilon. I am responsible for driving user-focused strategic innovation across a Epsilon PeopleCloud, a SaaS product suite that empowers Publicis Groupe agencies and clients to access, analyze, and visualize the data that informs their marketing, advertising, business transformation, and customer relationship management approaches.
